Kim has produced works in which certain spatial elements are rearranged and since 2012 he has given form to his interest in disassembling of the consonant and vowel letters of the Korean language according to the creation principles of them and in the playful expression of those letters. His A Bit registers itself at the point where the two different tendencies of his previous works intersect each other: the disintegration and rearrangement of spaces; those of languages. The memories of the viewers formed at a sloping space are rewritten with the expressive qualities of the decomposed elements of letters or diagraphs.
